Announcing the formation of the HBO Village Green Co.,
A charitable company established to run the village green for the benefit of the community. The charity is registered with the following mission:-
"To procure and manage a village green for use of the inhabitants of Hatfield Broad Oak and surrounding areas of all ages, abilities and social and economic circumstances for formal and informal sports, recreation and leisure with the charitable object of improving both the physical environment and the wellbeing, conditions of life, health and opportunities of villagers, guests and visitors.”
